Understanding complex systems.
One founder brings over 30 years of experience in large-scale software projects. That background informs how we approach complex processes, connected information and tools that people can use in their everyday work.
Review and Comply was created to help organisations turn the principles of a well-run panel into a consistent way of working: thorough preparation, independent judgement and clear reasons behind every recommendation.
Panel work asks a great deal of people. Members need time to understand lengthy papers, Chairs need to bring different contributions together, and administrators need to keep the whole process moving.
When papers, questions and records sit in separate places, preparation can become uneven and the connection between evidence and the final recommendation can be difficult to follow.
We created Review and Comply to bring that work together, giving good practice a practical structure while preserving the professional judgement of the people taking part.
Review and Comply brings together the founders’ experience in complex software delivery and social care practice.
One founder brings over 30 years of experience in large-scale software projects. That background informs how we approach complex processes, connected information and tools that people can use in their everyday work.
The other founder brings 30 years across social care roles, including over a decade as a senior social worker, and now works as an independent fostering panel member. That experience informs our understanding of preparation, independent judgement and the importance of a clear panel record.
Fostering and adoption are an important part of our background. The same principles can support organisations in other sectors that bring people together to review evidence and reach a recorded outcome.
Best practice is easier to implement when a consistent process supports how people prepare, ask questions and record outcomes. Our aim is to make the essentials part of the panel process itself.
Give people a shared framework for reviewing the evidence, with coverage topics and time to develop their own questions.
Help the Chair identify gaps, bring contributions together and lead from one clear question plan.
Preserve individual positions, supporting reasons and dissent, so the final recommendation has a traceable history.
Review and Comply does not automate panel decisions or by itself establish legal or regulatory compliance. It supports a consistent process in which evidence, individual reasoning and the formal outcome remain connected.
We focus on how organisations prepare, how Chairs bring questions together and what a useful outcome record needs to preserve. Those practical needs shape Review and Comply and the way we develop it.
